GeoMx NGS Readout Practical Session

Workshop attendees had the opportunity to explore the two different GeoMx readout options: the nCounter and the NGS readout. The practical session on the NGS readout, shown in this image, was led by Dr. Natasha Kitchin from Separations. During this session, participants gained hands-on experience in NGS GeoMx library preparation, including the library clean-up step. To add an exciting touch, each participant received a 3D-printed magnet used during the session to keep.
